Social Projects Training for Fair and Sustainable Development – Agents for Inclusion

The primary aim of the Project is to empower the local population with fewer opportunities (such as women, immigrants, and long-term unemployed adults) by providing training in a transnational setting. This will enable them to acquire the necessary know-how, knowledge, skills, and competences to create and manage social projects that improve living conditions in their local community. This goal aligns with the Erasmus+ Programme priorities: inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, environmental sustainability, and daily democratic participation.
We believe this overarching objective aligns well with the Erasmus+ Programme’s mission, which aims to “promote learning mobility for individuals and groups, as well as fostering cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity, excellence, creativity, and innovation among organizations in the education and training sectors.”
To further our objectives, we have established the following specific goals:
To equip participants with the expertise to create and manage social and local development projects.
To promote values that represent the European Union and the Erasmus+ Programme.
To empower local citizens as catalysts for change and social cohesion.
To share innovative training ideas with those facing fewer opportunities.
To promote equal employment opportunities, particularly in project development fields.
To highlight cultural and social diversity and turn it into a valuable asset for sustainable social development.
To encourage adults (women, immigrants, and long-term unemployed) to pursue technological careers.
These objectives will be achieved through the creation and dissemination of three key results, the organization of an international training week, five multiplier events, and robust managerial and communication efforts.
